• Mortgage loans

We offer loans for buying blocks of flats; for refurbishing apartment buildings; for converting buildings into residential accommodation; construction loans or to purchase  a controlling share in a sectional title block of flats.

• Bridging loans

We offer quick tailor made bridging loans to make a property transaction happen, to quickly make proceeds of sale available and other requirements to meet the peculiarities of inner city investment.

• Intuthuko Equity Fund

Through our Intuthuko Equity Fund, we assist previously disadvantaged South Africans in different levels of occupations and income groups who wish to enter the residential rental property market. The fund targets caretakers, property managers, artisans in the construction industry, police, firemen and women, and nurses, focusing mainly on those who live or work in the inner city.

• Deferred sales

We offer financial assistance to groups of people wishing to buy the property they live in to improve their security of tenure as well as reduce their rental costs. We also help individuals to enter the property market and wish to start out in higher risk investments.
