tuhf drivers

TUHF has appointed people who understand property related loan finance, who know the inner city property market and who are demographically representative of South Africa's inner city communities. A fit between the organisation, the people on its team and individuals in its market sector across the country is also considered important, to deliver on TUHF's promise of fast and effective housing property finance services.

Paul received a BSc honours degree in Economics at the University of Pretoria and has worked in development finance since 1987.

He was a divisional manager at the Development Bank of Southern Africa until October 1996, when the Transitional National Development Trust appointed him as General Manager. Paul then joined the Johannesburg Housing Company (JHC) in January 1999, where he was Operations Manager responsible for new development and financial strategy.

Paul left the JHC in June 2003 to lead the Trust for Urban Housing Finance (TUHF) as the organisation's Chief Executive Officer.
