Andre van Rooyen

Andre's experience in real estate started while serving his articles in law for 3 years at Andrew Weyers and associates in Pretoria, while studying LLB part-time, where he eventually ran the foreclosures department, which included high court litigation, collections, conveyancing, bond cancellations, registrations and bridging finance.

After this Andre received a opportunity as a consultant at Property Merchants, assisting with joint venture agreements, sale contracts, property development, finance, sales and development of sectional title schemes and real rights.

The year just before joining TUHF Andre was regional manager for Homenet in the Northern region, which covered all spectrums of property sales, management, finance, marketing and development.

Andre joined TUHF for the experience in the inner city and he missed the opportunity of structuring property transactions. His experience in all the stages of a property transaction prompted him to grab the opportunity to develop and grow bridging finance, and assisting entrepreneurs with their cash flow requirements.
