The Intuthuko Equity Fund promotes urban land reform by supporting small-scale, previously disadvantaged landlords by complementing their own equity to achieve outcomes of inner city regeneration and running safe, secure low to middle income housing operations.
Intuthuko provides equity support for the purchase, refurbishment and construction of low to middle income housing in areas of urban decline such as Yeoville, Hillbrow, Springs, Rosettenville etc.
