Kea joined TUHF in 2012 following a successful career in quantity surveying. She holds a BTech in Quantity Surveying from Pretoria Technikon. She gained extensive experience in quantity surveying while working for Turner & Townsend, Pentad Quantity surveyors, Tiber and the De Leeuw Group in Pretoria where she was a director.
